English Springer Spaniel

TJ photographed very regally, like a 19th century painting of a loyal pet perched beside his royal keeper. But, more than that, he brought such a delicate kindness to the camera. It is amazing what you can find in an animal’s eyes. TJ had the kind of spirit that took the time to know you, to recognize what you needed in the moment, whether it be a tender touch or a playful nudge. I sensed a big heart in him-- the kind that can’t be photographed or painted.
