Power is not simply the presence of strength. It is also the ability to recognize when and how to use that strength wisely... or not at all. Having had an abusive background prior to his rescue, this pup learned to be afraid and, in turn, protective and aggressive. However, over time and in the presence of an abundance of love and patience, his defenses dissipated and he learned the true meaning of power. The only time this pup flexed a muscle, was when he gleefully pulled a giggling assistant in a rolly chair around the studio.
