Scruff Terrier Mix

I first met Ziggy while directing an advertising photoshoot. He was a quiet friend, sitting ever-so-tamely beneath that untame mane. No matter what was unfolding around him on set, Ziggy remained cool, calm and collected-- a true stoic. We often think of stoicism as a kind of cold demeanor or one without much feeling, however, in truth, it was a deep acceptance of the present moment that allowed stoics to maintain their composure. It is with this same surrender, that our dogs (and sweet, serious Ziggy), are able to let all of life happen without question or complaint.
